The Best Fitness BFSB10 Indoor Cycling Trainer offers quick-change resistance to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout on the fly. Featured is a precision flywheel that produces a smooth ride, regardless of the tension level. The seat can be adjusted to 15 different levels vertically, and the handlebar has 7 vertical adjustments. The pedals have straps for additional support. Included is a water bottle holder for convenience. Also included is an easy access brake in case of emergency, and transport wheels to help with transporting it to another location. Best Fitness provides a three year warranty on the frame and one year for parts.

Indoor cycling bikes in this price range and expected to have excellent performance, and the BFSB10 is no different. It’s has a balanced, heavy flywheel, and operates smoothly. It’s very sturdy, the frame doesn’t move while riding. It’s very well built and has a nice feel to it. Most of the assembly is already done for you, you can put the rest together in 15-20 minutes tops. This is a gym-quality bike.

One of the most valued features of an indoor cycling bike is completely adjustability; being able to move the seat and handlebars both vertically and horizontally. What’s lacking is the ability to adjust the handlebars horizontally. This may or may not be an issue for you, but it’s worth noting. While not a deal breaker, a computer monitor that tracks time, calories, distance, etc. would be a nice addition.

Over all I am very pleased with this bike. The ride is quiet and smooth. The handle bars are smooth enough that my hands don’t hurt from the grip. Really, my only complaint would be the range in the resistance. It’s has a muddy mid-range. The heavy resistance is great, and it comes off easily, there just isn’t very much room in the middle ground. – Whitney Evans
The overall quality of this product for the money seems very good. Heavy, welded joints with no movement in the frame. Solid flywheel which seems well balanced. Quite heavy, but expected with such heavy duty materials. The only complaints that I would have are that the brake squeeks slightly under low load and it would be a nice extra if the pedals came with clips so real cycling shoes could be used. Overall, quite happy so far.
I am very happy with the feel of the operation of this spin bike and impressed with the quality of it. It is much heavier then I had though it would be, which is a good thing for a spin bike. Assembly took no time at all it came with the required tools to put it together. Easy to adjust and smoother operation then the spin bikes I have used at the gym.
