The Keiser M3 Indoor Spin Cycle is built as well as any other indoor cycling bike available. It’s incredibly smooth while riding and comes with 24 gear levels, which is the most I have seen. It’s very sturdy, quiet, and the resistance is predictable. Many fitness clubs around the country choose this bike, so you know it’s durable. The assembly is also very easy. I would also recommend getting the option computer system.

This is very subjective, but I have seen other indoor cycling bikes with better visual appeal. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The price is a bit steep, but worth it if you can afford it.
Recommendation
The Keiser M3 is truly one of the best indoor cycling bikes out there. It has all the features you could possibly ask for and it’s very hard to find anything wrong with it. I don’t think it’s the best looking bike on the market, but aesthetics are easy to overlook with everything this bike has to offer. I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for the best.

The Keiser M3 is an extraordinarily well designed machine. A simple magnet produces a magnetic field which induces a current in the rotating flywheel, creating a force which is counter to the direction of the force produced by pedalling. The retarding force increases smoothly with speed and with magnet position which is set by an adjustment lever. The readout displays power in measured watts, heartrate, cadence, and other parameters. The position the rider on the bike matches very closely a normal riding position on the road, making workouts comfortable and an excellent off-road simulation. The bike also looks cool. All in all, this is an exceptional product. – James
