The Stamina CPS 9190 Indoor Cycle trainer gives you the feel of an actual road bike. The weighted flywheel allows you to build speed with it the same way you can with an outdoor bike. This bike is built out of a strong steel that allows the user to pedal hard standing up as if you were going uphill. Or, you can just pedal as hard as you want without any worry about the bike not being steady or stabilized enough. The seat can be adjusted up and down as well as front to back to find the position that is most comfortable for you.

From a style/appearance perspective, this bike looks very similar to the Sunny Pro Indoor Cycling Bike. The design is very appealing and the colors make the bike look very sharp. In this regard, it passes the test.
The bike is built very well, stainless steel is very strong and won’t rust or corrode over time. It’s sturdy and durable, so you shouldn’t have to worry about replacing it anytime soon.
The CPS 9190 is stable, quiet, and rides very smoothly. It doesn’t move at all when you ride it. You feel like you are riding a road bike. The resistance knob is also very easy to adjust while riding. The seat was also comfortable while riding.
The only parts you have to assemble are the handlebars, seat, and petals, so this is a very easy process.
This bike, considering how well it’s constructed and the materials it’s made out of, is an excellent value purchase for less than $400.
Cons
One of the complaints is the fact that the handlebars don’t come up far enough. This can be an issue if you are taller than 6’2, otherwise you should be fine. The chain guard is plastic instead of metal, which means that it’s not quite as stable as it could be. For spinners, it also does not come with clip-in pedals.

Very easy to assemble! This is a great bike. I used to do a spinning class all the time at the local gym. This bike is every bit as good as theirs. I am very happy with this bike. For this price, you really can’t beat it! – womensvball76
For the price, the quality is great ! I ride the bike for at least an hour everyday. I was a little disappointed that I tried to contact the Stamina Customer Service about spin pedals after the purchase and I NEVER heard back. I ended up purchasing the spin pedals and a more comfortable seat, which were an additional $60, at my local bike shop. The only change I would make is that the handlebar pole be a little longer so that I could raise the handlebars, other than that, I love it ! – jr2010
When we received this bike, I was a bit apprehensive it would be worth the money spent. I am happy to share we are thrilled with this bike. It’s sturdy and has all the features a “gym” bike has. When we can’t get to the gym, it’s a great piece of equipment to have. If you have no gym membership, I would highly recommend this bike. My only complaint would be the handlebars, I wish they went up a bit higher. Great purchase, glad we did it!!! – hlabuyer
